Upon full payment, clients receive rights to the final delivered work. Flinetic retains ownership of all concepts, source code, and materials until payment obligations are fulfilled.

Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are considered only before substantial work has begun. Once development or design execution starts, payments are non-refundable due to the nature of custom digital services.

Limitation of Liability

Flinetic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or services. All services are provided on an “as is” basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra, India.
